The Aquila Trust helps men and women to rebuild their lives after separation and divorce

They provide 8 week and residential weekends entitled "Breakthrough"  that are held throughout the year around the country and are lead by trained co-ordinators. The courses offer support, understanding, guidance, care and companionship to help you put your life back together. In each area, Branches organise their own "Plus" follow-on social activities.

Aquila (Latin for eagle) is a Christian charity but it is open to everyone from all walks of life and whatever their beliefs who are struggling to put their lives back together.
